Susan Haines is an author, motivational speaker and an Emotional Health & Healing Coach advocating for a holistic approach towards a healthier overall lifestyle incorporating Mind, Body and Soul.
Susan’s autobiographical work I Married My Father: Breaking the Cycle is based on her life’s journey that seeks to break the cycle of abuse and self-destructive patterns in relationships. As an Emotional Health & Healing Coach and a breast cancer survivor for over 20 years, she incorporates her knowledge and expertise into her coaching, talks and workshops, inspiring others to courageously work holistically on their self-love, discovery and empowerment.
She is also a Founding Board Member and Executive Officer of Helpful Hands, a charitable organization that works to enhance the quality of life of children and families in the community that are in crisis. Susan also lends her expertise as a speaker and personal experience to Wildflower an organization helping women through difficult life transitions including divorced and widowed women.
Susan lives in Florida near her three children and two grandchildren where she enjoys yoga, photography and cooking classes.
